TERMS OF SERVICE

Whilst being as sympathetic as possible to last-minute emergencies and illness, I do have a cancellation policy in place to protect myself against financial loss.:

• Cancellation within 48hours of the start of the session will result in 50% of the total session cost being charged. Any future appointments will be cancelled until the invoice is paid.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or ‘No shows’ will be charged the full cost of the session. Any future appointments will be cancelled until the invoice is paid.

• If I am unwell and cannot attend your session, your appointment will be refunded (if the full cost of the treatment has already been paid for) or rescheduled to another date within 6 months of the original booking.
